Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kumba Iron Ore is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our online chat platform - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong teamwork and strategic planning skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent
