Job Description:
Remgro is currently seeking a part-time Chat Support Officer to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a remote work position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience. As an Entry Level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service through chat interactions with clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Work independently to meet performance targets and goals
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and independent personality traits - Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate with team members - Excellent negotiation skills to address customer concerns effectively - Proficiency in using chat support tools and platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
