Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

As a Chat Support Representative for Aspen Pharmacare, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through chat channels. This remote position is based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa, and is part-time with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via chat - Provide product information and assistance with orders - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and policies - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Dedicated and resourceful with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively multitask - Creativity in problem-solving and researching solutions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with chat support software and Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
