Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Exxaro Resources, a leading mining company based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from the comfort of your own home.

As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. Your primary goal will be to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or concerns - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Research industry trends and best practices to enhance client relations strategies - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client feedback and satisfaction levels

Requirements: - Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Strong research skills to stay informed on industry trends - No prior experience required, as we are seeking entry-level candidates eager to learn and grow
