Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Associate at Distell Group, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role will be remote-based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA and will require part-time hours.

Responsibilities: - Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction - Manage client accounts, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to help improve overall client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills - Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
