Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Shoprite Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business with our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to clients. 5. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints promptly. 6. Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvements to products or services. 7. Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activities, and forecasted revenue. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes that may impact client relationships. 9. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our services and expand our client base.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or account management. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Persuasive and able to negotiate effectively. 6. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. 7. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
