Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

As a Client Relations Officer at Rand Merchant Investment Holdings, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely from Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and interaction - Understanding client needs and providing innovative solutions to meet those needs - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes - Handling client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Monitoring client accounts and keeping detailed records of client interactions - Providing feedback to management on client trends and preferences - Working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts

Requirements: - Driven and hardworking individual with excellent people management skills - Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions for client needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
