Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and energetic Client Relations Officer to join our team at Cell C in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive the best possible service - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to effectively meet client needs

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proven track record in client relations or a similar role - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
