Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

As a Client Relations Officer at Netcare, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is a remote part-time position based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA, suitable for an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met - Monitor and report on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide insights to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Client Relations Officer or similar role - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Adaptable and passionate personality traits - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently while also being a team player - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
