Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Pick n Pay Stores is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the resolution of client issues and ensure effective communication between all parties. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue. 5. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on the company's products and services, highlighting their benefits and value. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continually improve service delivery.

Requirements: 1. Independent and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. 2. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. 3. Proficiency in presentation skills to effectively communicate the company's offerings to clients. 4. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. 5. Experience in client relations or a related field for a minimum of 3 years.
