Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tiger Brands is looking for a dynamic and energetic Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow for remote work, providing flexibility for the successful candidate. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Utilize critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within client accounts - Develop creative strategies to enhance the client experience and drive business results - Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure seamless interactions and positive outcomes

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations with ease - Strong critical thinking skills to assess complex problems and develop effective solutions - Creativity to innovate and constantly improve the client experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
