Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Tiger Brands is currently seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (remote work) in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients - Provide support during client events or meetings as needed

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve independently - Strong planning and organizational skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote setting is a plus
