Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and confident Client Service Associate to join our team at Kumba Iron Ore. This position will be remote work based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and queries are addressed in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Provide support to the sales team by assisting with client onboarding and account management - Conduct market research and gather feedback from clients to improve services and offerings - Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination on client projects - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings to showcase performance and results

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client service or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Persuasion and planning skills - Reliable and confident personality traits
