Client Service Associate - Remote Work

The Foschini Group is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Client Service Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA for a part-time remote work position. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the client service team

Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual with strong communication skills - Ability to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
