Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Cell C is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Associate to join our remote team based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients via phone and email communication.

Responsibilities: - Responding promptly to customer inquiries - Handling and resolving customer complaints - Managing and updating customer accounts - Assisting with customer orders and returns - Providing product information and recommendations - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Leadership skills to effectively guide and support customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours
