Investec is looking for a reliable and resilient Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely from Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This entry-level position does not require any prior experience, making it perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in the finance industry.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels, such as email, phone, and chat, to address their inquiries and provide solutions to their problems - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better assist clients - Assist with administrative tasks as needed
