Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Service Associate at Nedbank Group, you will be responsible for providing remote client support and assistance to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. This part-time role, based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Manage client accounts and ensure accuracy of information - Provide product information and guidance to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Contribute to team meetings and share feedback for process improvements - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field - Hardworking and reliable with strong attention to detail - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
