Job Description - Client Service Associate - Remote Work

As a Client Service Associate at Anglo American Platinum, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely. You will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in this part-time position based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide training as needed. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to better serve clients.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a client service or customer support role. 2. Resilient and driven personality traits. 3. Strong creativity and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
