Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Anglo American Platinum is seeking a driven and adaptable Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level employee with at least 5 years of experience in client service management, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely responses to inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise. 2. Develop and implement client service strategies to enhance overall client experience and satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that services are delivered effectively. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our services. 5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in client service management, with at least 5 years of experience. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote environment.
