Job Description:
MTN South Africa is seeking a dynamic Client Service Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth through exceptional customer service. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 5 years of experience in a client service or sales role.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded - Develop and maintain client service policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue metrics
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record in client service or sales, with at least 5 years of experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong teamwork and planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
