Job Description:
Multichoice Group is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your main objective will be to assist clients with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients. 3. Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Perform administrative tasks related to client support, such as data entry and record keeping. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall client support processes. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management. 7. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards clients and colleagues. 8. Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Reliable and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong presentation and innovation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 8. Flexibility to work part-time hours in a remote work environment.
