Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Sasfin Bank is seeking a motivated and confident Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This entry-level position will provide essential support to our clients and contribute to the overall success of our organization.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries about our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate to higher management when necessary. 4. Conduct analysis and problem-solving to uncover root causes of client concerns and recommend solutions. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and follow-up as needed. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and updates to effectively communicate with clients. 7. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge. 8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient client experience.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role preferred. 2. Confident and motivated personality with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
