Job Description:
FirstRand is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Support Associate to join our remote team in Soweto, Gauteng. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general support inquiries. 3. Work closely with the sales team to provide seamless onboarding and after-sales support to clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide timely resolutions. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on client needs. 7. Contribute to the development of client support resources and training materials. 8. Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 5. Creative problem-solving abilities. 6. Comfortable working in a remote environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. No prior work experience required.
