Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Old Mutual is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client projects and initiatives - Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to provide insights and recommendations for improving service and satisfaction - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in a client support role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and confident personality traits - Excellent strategic planning and project management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
