Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


As a Client Support Manager at Hilton, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients located in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or a related field. You will be working remotely, so you must be motivated and resourceful, with strong adaptability and attention to detail.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support via phone, email, and online chat - Troubleshoot client issues and provide timely resolutions - Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better assist clients


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in client support or a related field - Motivated and resourceful personality traits - Strong adaptability and attention to detail soft skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
