Job Description:
Exxaro Resources is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a client-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver on service level agreements - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client support processes and procedures - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Lead negotiations with clients to address any contractual or service-related issues - Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and outcomes
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding customer expectations - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
