Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Client Support Manager to join our team at Absa Group Limited, working remotely from Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Support Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering solutions to clients. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and working towards exceeding their expectations. 4. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients, ensuring they are able to effectively use our services. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our products and services. 6. Create reports and presentations for management on client satisfaction, retention, and performance metrics. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights on client management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client support, account management, or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. 4. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve common goals. 5. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Motivated and resourceful individual with a customer-centric mindset.
