Job Description - Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Support Officer to join our team at Woolworths Holdings. This is a remote work position based in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. 2. Providing product information and assistance with placing orders. 3. Building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Collaborating with other team members to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to clients. 7. Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and provide feedback for product improvement. 8. Participating in training and development programs to enhance client support skills.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Strong cooperation and emotional intelligence skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
