Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Adcock Ingram is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our contact center team, handling incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers, and assisting with various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Manage and respond to customer emails and messages efficiently - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies - Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and product returns - Maintain customer records and ensure that all information is up to date and accurate - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate to management when necessary - Complete any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the contact center manager


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Strong analytical and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
