Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Contact Center Assistant to join our remote team at Capitec Bank. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone and email communication. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assisting customers with inquiries, problem resolution, and account maintenance. 3. Conducting research to provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues. 4. Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating account information as needed. 6. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold customer service standards. 8. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and reliable personality traits to successfully work in a remote setting. 2. Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Ability to conduct research to find solutions to customer inquiries. 4. High school diploma or equivalent education. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
