Tiger Brands is seeking a dedicated and motivated Contact Center Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Input customer information accurately into the company's database - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with team members to optimize customer satisfaction and retention - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company - Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times

Requirements: - Driven and independent individual who can work efficiently in a remote environment - Strong communication skills and ability to actively listen to customer needs - Innovative thinker with adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software - Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
