Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Netcare is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our contact center team. This role requires a high level of leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service best practices.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of contact center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve contact center efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Provide ongoing training and support to contact center agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to contact center agents - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and contact center management


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in contact center management or a related field - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong planning and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in contact center software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
