Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team at Tiger Brands. This is a part-time remote work position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in contact center management and be comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the contact center, including managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that performance targets are met. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Conduct regular training sessions for contact center staff to ensure that they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management.
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in contact center management. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Energetic and adaptable personality traits. - Critical thinking and people management soft skills.
