Rand Merchant Investment Holdings is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. This role requires a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, who is energetic, reliable, and possesses strong soft skills such as time management and strategic planning.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of contact center agents to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality customer service - Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze contact center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed - Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting goals and expectations - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in contact center management - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Time management and strategic planning soft skills
