Job Description:
Anglo American Platinum is seeking a Contact Center Representative to work remotely from Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a hardworking and independent personality, along with strong critical thinking and research skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Research and resolve customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of problems. 6. Meet departmental KPIs and targets for customer satisfaction and response time.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
