Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team at Anglo American Platinum. This position will be a part-time remote work opportunity based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate level representative, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and product information - Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and addressing them in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics set by the company - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Hardworking and confident with a positive attitude - Strong decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations - Excellent computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
