Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Sasfin Bank is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Durban, KwaZulu Natal area.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding account inquiries, transactions, and general banking information. 2. Assist customers with account maintenance, including updating personal information and processing requests for new products or services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize advanced technology to accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed customer records.


Requirements: 1. No prior experience required - training will be provided. 2. Must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Must be adaptable and energetic, with a positive attitude towards learning and growth. 5. Strong planning and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
