Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Liberty Group in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate and efficient support to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a high level of empathy and customer-centric approach - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
