Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Assistant for remote work at Woolworths Holdings in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

As a Customer Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include: - Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
