Remgro, a leading company in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Care Associate to join our remote team. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
As a Customer Care Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues quickly and efficiently - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Utilizing creativity to find innovative solutions to customer problems - Updating customer records accurately in our CRM system - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
