Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Manager to join our team at Standard Bank Group. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing a remote team of customer care representatives. This part-time position is based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA and is at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote customer care representatives - Monitor and analyze customer care metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution in a timely manner - Train and onboard new customer care representatives - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer care management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and people management skills - High level of emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy - Reliable and confident personality traits - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
