Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Mondi Group, a leading global packaging and paper company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be based in Cape Town, Western Cape, but will be conducted remotely.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer care strategies to exceed customer expectations - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer experience - Train and mentor customer care representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge - Monitor customer care metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in customer care or related roles - Proven track record of successfully managing customer care teams - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Persuasion and emotional intelligence soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
