Job Description - Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Kumba Iron Ore is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a diplomatic and efficient manner. 3. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to continuously improve our service offerings. 6. Implementing best practices in customer care to increase customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
