Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Truworths International, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team remotely in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and resourceful in finding solutions.
