Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Old Mutual is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This position will be remote work, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and people management skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
