Job Description:
Liberty Group is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and convenience for our employees. We are looking for an energetic and driven individual with at least 3 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and efficient support to customers regarding product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate department for further investigation - Utilize strategic planning and creativity to develop customer care initiatives and improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed established performance metrics for customer service, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company - Energetic and driven personality traits - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and creativity
