Job Description:
MTN Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team remotely. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the set timeframes - Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication - Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals - Stay up-to-date on product information and provide accurate information to customers - Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through training and feedback
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Resilient and adaptable to changing customer needs and situations - Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
