Job Description:
Massmart Holdings is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess the key personality traits of confidence and resilience. Soft skills such as adaptability and time management are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, orders, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company policies and products to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Comfortable working in a remote environment - Confidence and resilience in handling difficult customer interactions - Adaptability and strong time management skills
