Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: Nedbank Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues they may encounter.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support - Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide resolutions - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to ensure resolution - Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to management


Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficient in using customer service software and technology - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work
