Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Exxaro Resources is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a remote work position, offering a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. They must be reliable, independent, creative, and have strong problem-solving skills.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the Customer Care Specialist will also be responsible for:

- Providing product information and assistance to customers - Assisting with order processing and tracking - Escalating customer issues to the appropriate department as needed - Participating in team meetings and training sessions - Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
